TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND LIABILITY WAIVER

By attending or participating in activities at Bounce Land Family Fun, you agree to the following terms:

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
   
• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times unless otherwise specified by Bounce Land staff.
   
• Participants must follow all posted signs and verbal instructions from staff.
   

• Roughhousing, horseplay, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
   
• Participants under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be denied entry.
   
• Bounce Land reserves the right to remove any guest for inappropriate conduct without refund.
   

• Socks are required in bounce areas.
   
• No shoes, jewelry, or sharp objects are allowed on inflatables.
   

• No outside food or beverages unless otherwise approved.
   
• No pets allowed (service animals permitted).
   
• No smoking or vaping on premises.
   

• All sales are final. No refunds for early departure or removal for policy violation.
   
• In the event of closure due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Bounce Land may offer rain checks or credits at its discretion.

I understand that activities at Bounce Land Family Fun involve physical activity and carry inherent risks, including:

• Trips, slips, and falls
   
• Collisions with other participants or equipment
   
• Equipment failure or misuse
   
• Injuries such as sprains, fractures, head trauma, or worse
   

I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that these risks may result from the negligence of myself, other participants, staff, or equipment failure.

In accordance with Florida law (Fla. Stat. § 744.301), I acknowledge and assume all risks on behalf of myself and/or my child. I understand this waiver does not cover claims of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Pursuant to Florida Statute § 768.28, I release and discharge Bounce Land Family Fun, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or legal action that may arise from participation, including those related to staff negligence.

I authorize Bounce Land staff to seek emergency medical care on my behalf or for my child and accept financial responsibility for such care.

I give permission for Bounce Land to use images of me or my child in promotional or marketing materials.
